Archives Tomes show as 100% despite not being so

Divergence is not 100%'d and yet is fully yellow.
Another tome like Deli actually makes sense and is highlighted properly.

Can confirm it happens to me, too. I cant complete the challenge "quick thinking" in Tome 4 yet I see it completed.
