Not sure if this is a bug but i prestiged both Steven and Nancy before the Perk-Change to Prestige 1 and currently they are both Prestige 3. I only have the Nancy Perks unlocked though and they are only on lvl 1. That seems weird to me because it should be the same for the Steven Perks and they should both be on lvl 3.

Also pretty sure that i did not Prestige Nancy before this DLC license ran out so very confused about this.

    This isn't a bug, Steve, Nancy & Demo's perks are part of the general pool of perks so don't count the same way as other characters "teachable perks" did.
