Deranged Pursuit achievement Balance?

It's almost impossible to do this achievement, only way to do it is farming with friends, do you realize, you need to hit a survivor and put him on Deep Wound state, then u need to wait for his timer to almost finish, and u need to find another survivor, hit him when "Frenzy" and then go and look for the Deep Wounded survivor, and down him, it's almost impossible man, the moment when u left the first survivor to look for another, he's mending his wound, and by the time you hit the other survivor, there's no way to know where the hell is the first one, I've done this 2 times, when the survivors where at the gates, and, lucky me, they didnt left the game crossing the gate, so I could down 2 with this mode.

I thought this achievement is bugged. Thanks for the info. Btw A nurse's calling would be useful.

You can't see survivors with Nurse's Calling when they are mending
