Are the "Deep Rift" cosmetics exclusive?

I was wondering if someone knew if the Deep Rift cosmetics were going to be exclusive or something like that, maybe as a reward for people that went over completing the normal Rift for 15 more levels, after all, they are just simple and blue recolors of the cosmetics that we have on the rift and that will come to the shop on a later date.

    I would assume they are available for both (if both paths have cosmetics like shirts etc.). Unless BHVR wants money (and an unsatisfied community), than it's only for premium rift cosmetics.
