Myers Mightttttt Need a Rework tbh

I'm not sure if the community will agree on this, but I personally don't find him fun to play as or against. 90% of the time, when I run into a Myers as survivor, they have infinite T3 or are a tombstone Myers. It's not that he's overpowered, per se - just unfun. He's my absolute favorite horror icon, so I find this disappointing, personally. Tell me what you guys think! I'm not sure if a rework is even possible, but I'd love to see it.

    I would not say 90%. That is simply not true.

    For the rework, here you go. Some things are a bit outdated though (this is from 2 years ago).

    Sometimes if we are frustrated or similar we tend to exaggerate. That's why I said that it definitely not 90% overall that Myers uses perma tier 3 or the Tombstone.

    Of course it depends on your region, MMR ect what you get.

    i do not really face much myers. when I do, they usually get looped for very long time and it is pretty easy to loop him for many generators. I think dev like that their killer have unique play-styles.

    when they make a killer, they usually make a killer with a particular idea in mind. With myer's, his particular idea is a killer that has unlimited firepower, unlimited punishment for being downed once. I think that is pretty cool but I think his base-kit being weak is property of being balanced around the premise that he always instant kills you. that is why his base-kit cannot really be buffed because anything you buff in base-kit changes his balance for tombstone.

    I think that is why players feel like bloodweb system for both killer and survivor is somewhat superficial. once player acquires enough bloodpoints, all strongest add-on for killer become base-kit so its as if the killer strongest add-on are their base-kit. that is sort of what BBQ did for killer.

    Survivor items were not base-kit. they only recently started to become base-kit because of reduce in bp in bloodweb. you needed to run wglf & prove thyself to emulate bloodpoint gains that killer had with BBQ. Now the survivor items are becoming base-kit since survivors can earn enough blood-points to equalize their death vs spending. The survivor items are so weird because they started off as win-more mechanic since you used to keep your add-on and your item for escaping. now you only keep your item but add-on are discarded. survivor items are always kinda weird.
