I've posted and reported this before, but it hasn't been fixed and it's ridiculous and annoying, sooo I'm making a new one.
After taking my attempt and successfully unhooking myself, it showed I was on death hook...Which was extra nice because the killer tunneled me right off the hook (waited out the BT as all tunnelers do) and because of this recurrent bug of 2+ years, I died right away. Fixxxxxxxx your game! Can't count on "teammates" or the system smh
