• Description of the issue: I noticed as I played with a Sheva and a Carlos that their (hook and downed) screams are missing

• Steps to reproduce (if possible): none

• How often does this occur: every game

    I confirm that this also happens as killer when you down Carlos or Sheva and you're far from them (they step on a trap, get hit with a hatchet).
