Buff lightburn for Nurse (Easy, skillful, not overpowered buff to fight against nurse)

Ok, so here is how lightburn works for nurse: IF she is charging a blink, shining a light at her body will cause her to have a 2 second stun.

In contrast, wraith is stunned for 3 seconds. For internal consistency, the lighburn stun should be increased to 3 seconds as is a common reason in DBD patches.

Next, she cannot blink if she is getting the flashlight shown on her. However, the moment it is turned off she can blink.

All nurses simply hold their button until the light stops shining. No counterplay, nothing, and typically get a hit. It is a pointless mechanic unless you can get that 2 second stun which should be buffed in my opinion (see above).

Therefore, I think that if the light is preventing blinks, it should drain her power gauge (and while shining on her stop her power recovery) at about 2 seconds per blink.

I.e. if you shine a flashlight on her for a tiny bit, it recovers quickly and she gets her two blinks. If you shine for more than 2 seconds, she will get one blink. If you shine for 4 no blinks, they must recharge, and you get time to run.

Honestly, it's a small nerf and skillful blinks will pay off anyway per usual. But, at least it gives survivors of all skill levels SOMETHING that can counter the nurse with, especially if pallets, vaults, and all the other normal tools do not work.
