We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.

Any progress I do in Killer Challenges such as "Smash 2 Pumpkins" or "Hit Survivors 10 times" do not seem to be counted unless I kill at least 1 survivor. I've been told that this wasn't supposed to happen. This has been happening since Level 1's release.
