Dead Hard Delay

Currently, there is a built in delay between the animation starting and the endurance effect happening. It isn't latency, you can see it if you go frame by frame when you dead hard, the animation starts then later the endurance effect happens.


This leads to the survivor doing an "animation cancel" if hit in this window, similar to getting hit while emoting. Additionally, Wesker will grab you during the window and you will see the endurance effect mid dash. Previous dead hard was frame 1, why is new dead hard not?
