We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.
(Xbox) Unable to do anything with Victor as the Twins after getting trapped.

First, I left Victor in the area in which I would later get trapped in. I went to Charlotte, and when I came back, I could no longer do anything.
This happened in the Sanctum of Wrath, Yamaoka's State.
