Held hostage in game, dc penalty killing me

I got held hostage in game 3 times today. Had to dc in order to get out. Reported every time. The last one 2 survivors worked with killer to find everyone, killer wouldnt hook anyone or allow gens to be done, no way out except dc and now I have a long penalty. This system needs to be fixed. ban the shitheads who are ruining the game and make it so people can get out of a hostage situation without being locked out with a dc penalty. So tired of it. This type of thing being not fixed is exactly why I will not spend another dollar on dlc etc. until it's fixed.
