Devout iridescent emblem bug

Platform: PC
Issue: Devout always counts as gold emblem, even if you hook each survivor 12 times.
Steps: Just hook 12 survivors.
How often: Every game.

I have the same problem. I only get gold emblem. The killer grind is hard enough and now it is so troublesome to get to pips. Please fix it before 13th.
