a RANKED but RANDOM mode
DBD can be a very unbalanced game.
Some builds just make the killer op,
and through certain constellations the Survivor op.
It is a fact that some games are already decided before the start.
For the reasons mentioned above, it sounds all the more fun that I suggest a ranked mode.
But believe me, it will change the game!
A ranked mode, but EVERYTHING is random!
1) You sign up solo* for this mode, as soon as 5 players have been found, the killer will be randomly assigned.
(solo* means that you have to let your friends behind, but if you play well you will definitely find 3 new ones.)
2) The Killer, Survivor, Items and Perks are randomly selected from all existing ones.
Killers, survivors or perks that the player does not own can also be selected. No player gets an advantage or disadvantage, #fairplay. (Offerings remain disabled.)
3) Players are given 60 seconds to prepare as usual, in this case to familiarize themselves with their killer/build. Of course, as usual, these can be skipped if everyone is ready.
4) Have fun!
Everything is Random sounds a lot like everything depends on luck and misfortune.
But as a wise man once said:
It's not luck, it's strategy, using the strengths of your 4 random perks and knowing your weaknesses.
And it's no misfortune if you lose more because you don't adjust your gameplay.

Bad idea. Huge amount of perks are irredeemably bad (especially survivor perks, but good number of killer perks too). A lot of perks are good only in combination with another (spirit fury without enduring or pentimento without hex perks) A lot of perks make no sense on some killers (legion never wants to play plaything). Also solo requirement will probably make the Q times hell (killers don't want to play against swf and solo is in bad state even with good perks) - so this idea will probably make normal Q long for survivors and this new Q critically long for killers.
Overall it sounds like a bad idea all around
