The Camping and Tunneling Has to Stop

The camping and tunneling is the worst it has ever been, largely in part to Decisive Strike being a dead perk and Scourge Hook: Resonance being so rewarding to camp. With no fear of DS and no incentive to leave the hook almost every single game I have played since that DS update has been a toxic experience. This is not the way the game was intended to be played and I disagree that it is supposed to be a valid tactic. It's just lazy and unimmersive for what we're trying to achieve with this hide, seek and chase horror.

Introduce extreme point penalties (negative points) for staying near a hooked survivor or downing someone recently unhooked/at the hook. If Killers want to BM/be lazy then they should suffer through their points and pips.

I suggest a ticking, UI visible feature for the Killers that lets them know that what they are doing is going to harm their points. After a set amount of time of being near to the hook the UI feature would notify the Killer of their score ticking away. Doesn't have to let them see their points in real time, just let them know they are currently harming their score. If they continue to stay there they could lose all points. This feature is disabled when the last gen is finished/last survivor left.

I also recommend an overhauled tutorial experience that explains to the player exactly why this behaviour is frowned upon and how they can avoid it. This a systemic problem and it won't solve itself. It will require BHV breaking silence to make a statement on this unhealthy aspect of the game. Wish they would have done it before I lost all my friends. Camping and tunneling is what turns new players away from this game even if they like it. That's astoundingly bad.
