I tried this one so hard
.
Step 1: play as survivor to stun 3 times the killer
Step2: Stun killer much more (closets, pallets, decisive strike).
Step3: its doesnt work. Cry and close the game for days.

This also did not count for me. I got 2 flashlight stuns, 3 palet stuns, and wiggled free once all in the same match.
