Hi all, as the title/topic says. I cannot receive the collab cosmetics of PUGB x DBD. I have restarted the game, reinstalled, etc. I will be attaching my dwight's full wardrobe and the error redeem message when I try to redeem "WINNERWINNER" before and after. Please I just want this cosmetic...
I play on PC -> Steam
pretty beefy PC and very good internet.

It' s not a bug." WINNERWINNER" is just code to receive the PUBG Frying Pan charm.
If you want to get your code to receive Dwight's skin, you need to earn these individual codes.
Please check the PUBG website for more details. There are 5 days left, so you can still make it.
