Unwanted/unusable offerings

Feel we need a way to discard offerings we don't want, and/or offerings tied to events that are not active. Some kind of recycle mechanic I feel could work.

common offerings: 100 BP refund for each

uncommon offering: 150 BP refund for each

rare offering: 200 BP refund for each

very rare offering: 250 BP refund for each

ultra-rare: 300 BP refund for each

Or even an offering exchange where we can exchange 10 or 20 of an offering to get one of its next rarity version if it has one.

As for map offerings, maybe 5 of one for 1 of a random one.
