PS4 - Grade & Challenge progress errors

I play on PS4 and since today I have an issue with the grade progression and the challenge progression not loading/updating.
After every match I see my grade emblems, but underneath there is a message saying 'Grade Progress Error' and it should work after restarting the game, well newsflash it doesn't. Restarted the game multiple times but still doesn't work.
Also tome challenges of the Ghostface tome aren't tracking properly. Have the 'Hide withing terror radius for 45 seconds while using the boon: Shadow Step' I have done this for 4 games in a row and even clocked it to make sure, yet it still hasn't been done...
I love playing dbd but if stuff like this keeps happening I will be deleting the game. Fix the issues
