We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.
Scourge Hook: Gift of Pain bugged

I just played a match against a Wesker that was using scourge hook: gift of pain as a perk and I got the 16% debuff after the second hook state too. When I've been using it and in the perk's description it says that the debuff applies only after a survivor is hooked for the first time, not for the second time too. I don't remember the killer's perks, but I was running the perks: botany knowledge, nite the bullet, renewal, and empathy, with a Halloween medkit with the gel dressing and the refined serum add-ons, although I think my build doesn't have anything to do with the bug.
