It feels like an incomplete thought not having voices for Joe and Susie.
Something as simple as pitch changes on the current male and female voices respectively would be good enough, if getting 2 unique voices proves to be too much of a challenge.
Legion is treated as 4 teenagers, not 2 with extra skins.
