We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.
PC - Blocked From Gen Repair Indefinitely After Eruption

Step 1 : Repair Gen. In this instance the gen was at 99.99%
Step 2 : Survivor downed and Gen Erupted and prevented from finishing.
Step 3 : No one can repair that gen anymore, but it was not counted as finished
Step 4 : Other gens can still be repaired.
This happened to my wife. While she was playing I got her to quickly record the fact that she could not work on the gen. The prompt to continue repairing the gen was missing too. You can see in the video link below.
