consistant disconect from host bug

in Bug Reporting

Step:1 load into lobby

Step:2 swich loadouts with an item that has the same add ons but the add on positions are switched (i.e. Butterfly tape syringe to syringe then butterfly tape)

Step:3 Disconnect from host.

When switching loadouts to another item with the same add ons but the placement switched consistant disconects from host occur.

    Added note switching to another character with the add-ons being the same but different slots also results in disconnects from the host.
