We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.
Using syringe next to downed pallet makes you slow vault

Description of issue: When using a syringe while standing next to a downed pallet, the "space" input to use the syringe also forces you to slow vault the pallet at the same time.
Steps to reproduce: Stand next to a downed pallet, attempt to heal yourself with a medkit, press space to use the syringe, and then you consume the medkit and slow vault at the same time.;
How often does it occur: Every time I use a syringe.
