Was unable to open the chest in the secret red room in the Midwich courtyard (Steam)

About 2 days ago I had a match on Midwich where we did the gens in the music room & chemistry lab and opened the gate and when I tried to open the chest in the secret room that opens up in the courtyard, I was unable to get to the ground level needed to open it. It was like at a slightly different level and the open chest thing would flash/blink very fast on screen when I was right next to it.
