Prevent repeated maps

Prevent people getting the same map multiple games in a row.
When a match starts with 5 people, prior to deciding the map for that particular match, 'exclude' the last map that each person played on from the selection pool. If everyone played on different maps in their previous games, there would be 5 excluded maps - if multiple people played on the same map prior, there may be less. Therefore, nobody in the match has to play on the same map twice in a row.
If a realm offering is brought for a realm with more than one map, then it would simply pick any of the other non-excluded maps. If a realm offering is brought for a realm with just one map, then the realm offering can run as normal.
