they say the same thing about Botany Knowledge, and Nurse's Calling. But it would make certain killers have insane builds.
The only way bHVR could do this is if they remove Deep wound from Legion. which they wont for now.
I agree we want this game to make sense, but bHVR has a lot of change and clean up then.

No, because it would affect Legion more than any other killer. And for that reason there should not be any perk that affects mending at all on either side.
