You are the first person I see that is unhappy about his perma tier 3 addon. From my experience really unfair is only tombstone piece. Judith tombstone is also a bit too much, but considering that agi+starstruck range+recharge addon nurse exists, I don't even consider that one a real problem.
The thing is, that meyers is overall on a weak side. But given that insta kill addons exist, he can't be buffed properly

BEhaviour still uses this add-on as an excuse to not give Myers the proper buff he needs.
At lower levels Unlimited Tier 3 Myers destroy survivors, just went against a Myers who got a 4K by proxy camping despite only getting 1 hook before the Exit Gates got powered.
I know the devs will say this is just "skillful play" but MMR being decided on Escapes and Kills instead of Gens done or Hook Stages is why Dead by Daylight's MMR is so garbage.
Myers need increased Stalk speed from further distance, he shouldn't have a limited amount of Stalk per survivor or at least make the limit decrease over time.
Remove Tomb Stone and Unlimited Tier 3 Myers or at least rework them because it's honestly one of the ugliest examples of BEhaviour's giving weak killers overpowered add-ons as a band-aid fix instead of actually reworking those killers.
(That Myers also had a Black Ward so I feel sorry for the next survivors who are going to face him.)

Infinite tier 3 is only okay because Myers is weak. If they buffed Myers like they should, it would be too much.
So let’s make him a better killer at basekit and get rid of the super strong addons that are artificially propping him up, infinite tier 3 and tombstone piece included.

This is a good point that I think almost everyone can agree with.
I dont think I have ever had a normal Myers game since MMR was introduced. Nobody uses normal addons, it's normally Tombstone or Infinited T3, but there is a clear reason why everyone runs it... Myers kind of sucks without strong addons.
Myers back in the day was not too bad when the killer roaster was small and people didnt know how to play, but it's 2022 and Myer's power aged like milk.

Normal meyers is a bit rare, but by far not as rare as bubba that will chase you instead of camping. From my experience, you are exagerating quite a lot.

Tombstone is what makes Myers unique
If you dont want to be instakilled then hop in a locker, easy

It's also the reason why no buff to meyers is possible. So long as these addons are in game, meyers can't get any buff

the infinite tier 3 i dont mind the piece of tombstone i do. the infinite i dont mind becasue it takes quite a long time to get there and even then u are a m1 killer but piece of tombstones forces to get into lockers when u are about to get down wich is a problem.

How exactly would buffing Myers make the add-ons "too much"? You can buff him in ways that don't affect the add-ons.

The only aspect of this add-on that I think is unfair is camping - it is nearly impossible to save against an infinite tier 3 myers in places like the basement, and he can usually guarantee two downs for an unhook no matter where the hook is.
Outside of that, I don't think infinite tier 3 is much of an issue. You could probably bump the stalk requirement up if Myers got some buffs, like actually being able to stalk multiple survivors, and making the stalk drop-off less harsh.
