Constantly kicked from party with console players - "Unknown Error"

Example
Step 1 : Boot the game
Step 2 : Join party with console players (usually 1 PC, 2 Console or 2 PC, 2 Console)
Step 3 : Play a game
Step 4 : Return to lobby post-game
Step 5: Kicked from party, unknown error occurs, unable to join party again, PC running hot
This is only fixable by restarting. I'm spending more time restarting than I am playing the game.
