Kill doesn't count

For the last few days i've had the bug where my last kill doesnt count for the devout emblem. Ive had multiple 4k's that only gave me 60 points for survivor sacrifices. Even my evil inkarnate challenge didnt count because of this. At first I thought it was just because of a dc, but i'm sure that this isnt the case.
