We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.

Step 1 : Boot the game
Step 2 : Play as killer in a public match
Step 3 : In-game, Kill all 4 Survivors with both Iridescent add-ons and I did not hook a single survivor.
Step 4 : Notice the game doesn't award the achievement.
