Can you consider making the 80% faster chest opening of pharmacy work while you are healthy?

i truly dont see a faster chest opening perk being overpowered in current dbd, so can you at least take out the requirement of being injured to activate the 80%?
Make the green medkit only appear while injured if you want

there are 5 people using that advantage but nerfed (Imagine how ridiculous BHVR's decisions were from this approach.)

Honestly, I think Plunderer's Instinct should give faster chest unlocking times instead of Pharmacy. Idk how much faster, but just a little faster than normal...
