Clown's head phasing through some of his cosmetics

Was playing a bit of Clown and noticed that when he has his "Dizzying Patterns" torso equipped, his head fazes through his body when looking downward. I tested this out with the "Patch Clash" torso (which is very similar to Dizzying Patterns) and it did the same thing. I tried some of his other torso pieces (with the same head piece and weapon), and did not have a problem with them.
