Anti-Hemorrhagic Syringe bug

I noticed this bug for some time, prior to the last update and after it. Platform - PC, Steam.

Your grunts of pain won't stop after you have been completely healed with the medkit with an Anti-Hemorrhagic Syringe add-on.

Steps to reproduce a bug:

  1. Get yourself injured by anything or by a killer
  2. Use the medkit with an Anti-Hemorrhagic Syringe add-on
  3. Start to do something like gererator repair or a totem cleanup
  4. After you have been completely healed your grunts of pain won't stop
  5. Stop performing long term actions to stop your grunts of pain

This is 100% reproduced for the above steps.
