event item banner thing is broken

where the item says it’s title the display in the back is super neon and broken but just a display issue nothing that effects gameplay i don’t think.

Glad to know I'm not the only one having htis problem. The banner for event charms have the same problem, too, and I was worried it was a 'Me' problem but seeing other people wit hthe problem relaxes me a little.
Ultra Rare or lower rarity items don't have the problem.
