PC - Spectating is bugged

Any time I die and spectate people, they are bugged:
1) instead of walking, running, or using an item, they are stuck in a single frame of an animation (crouching or walking)
2) their hair/accessories are misplaced, detached from the bodies
3) sounds while using a medkit are bugged as well
