Ps4 game breaking bug

I literally can’t play the game (can’t move playing as a killer and survivor) why should I get a penalty for dc?? I’ve wasted add ons and offerings because of this.
Please fix it as soon as possible since I can’t try the new chapter and im missing on bloodpoint rush days.
