Flashlights aiming lower again?

• Platform - I was on PC when I noticed this.
• Description of the issue- Flashlights seem to be aiming lower than usual?
• Steps to reproduce (if possible) - Grab a flashlight, put a designated object in the middle of your screen, try to shine your flashlight at it and it won't aim there. It will aim noticeably lower.
• How often does this occur - Every time
