Everytime you equip no mither on any character your character's peepee should grow by an inch everytime you escape.

That's pretty much the only reason to equip no mither anyways besides pharmacy for chest challenges
But yeah a 10% vault speed or just +50% boldness point rate gain would be nice even if it had a downside of having 1 less hook state as well
It's meant to be a "hard mode" perk anyway, according to the devs
