Fogwise is hard countered by stealth killers (some of the most underpowered killers in the game) and Fearmonger (one of the weakest perks in the game). In a sense, Fogwise acts like a buff to Fearmonger and stealth killers (and stealth perks, which are also weak for the most part), and a nerf to the rest of the cast.

I think Kindred is fine, but i dont think sitting on a gen and be able to see the a killer that is not camping is 90% of the time you are on the gen. You can simply sneak away when he moved towards your gen, keep in mind that if the killer dosnt get a down when 2 are done is a noob and a bad killer (according to this forum), but how should he get a down that fast, if everyone can just hide when the killer have a chance to find them??

Do you really want everyone to run the same meta all the time? Because if you nerf every new perk that has any use, noone will use them. This perk is literally useless against stealth killers and all it gives you is aura reading - which is way stronger on killer, especially when survivors can't use it during chases to mind game.
No, this perk is not OP by any means - its mediocre at best, but pushes great skillcheck hitting and that's why it's design is great.

I don't think the controller is the problem, consoles (atleast the older ones) tend to have lower fps which makes hitting skillchecks harder (and even if they are playing on a newer consoles they can't uncap fps).

If that is true he have a valid point, but...
This sounds like an issue that should be solved on the console version/port. Not a thing that should be solved by adjusting the perk's them self.

The Devs promised 60fps for consoles in 2018/2019? I'm not sure anymore but it has been years at this point.
Players have also mentioned this issue on the forums countless times (maybe you have seen Pulsar's discussion with more than 100 pages) but as far as I know, the situation has not really improved, so while you are right that this should be fixed instead of adjusting perks but that doesn't seem very likely at the moment.

Why does this have to happen every single chapter release?
Fogwise is a good information perk that is countered by stealth killer and blindness. The info is only useful to solo players who have needed more strong info perks to keep up with SWF teams
Guaranteed like every other “op” new survivor perk (For the people, soul guard, overzealous for example) it will be abandoned for the actual meta in about a week

And survivors needs to buy a DLC to counter facecamping, a real issue, and still the perk (reassurance) got nerfed

Heck since they fixed Scratched Mirror and vanity not giving more brutality, I actually have a really nice BP build that helps get the game go by fast AND getting a ton of bloodpoints
Both mirrors, thrill of the hunt, beast of prey, distressing, and rancor = genrush game with 3 full catagories
Killers aren't "forced" to run anything, it's only if they care abt the survivors escaping or losing pips (can't lose any pips if you don't have any)

What's being survivor have to do with that? It depends on my challenge but since I don't have any challenges remaining on Survivor I don't play survivor much because I mostly played for the tome challenges anyway

My point is that the survivors want 4 escapes as bad as the killer want 4 kills.

Not all, when I used to be survivor escaping was not my objective, it was just doing whatever challenge I had, escaping was just a nice side bonus whenever I find an item I can escape with
If the challenge required me to escape myself I would play selfishly as that was the best way to guarantee escape
And as killer, I try not to hook kill anyone either and either kill them in other ways or just letting them escape while I rancor obsession

You are confirming what i said.
- When you play killer you dont need 4k.
- When you play survivor you dont need an escape.
Most survivors go for 4 escapes as bad as most killers go for 4 kills, dont trust me? try watching some streams. Its really rare a survivor just go out while there are still people in the match and when they do they often get hate by the other survivors in the endgame chat.

Reassurance was crazy broken on its PTB. It needed a nerf. They overnerfed it though.
