Knight moving faster than intended (not the pallet stun bug)

The knight is catching up to me in a straight line faster than other killers.
4/5 games I've played against knight today have had the killer moving at a speed slightly faster than if they had No One Escapes Death active despite them having no perks that increase movement speed. This is independent of the bug causing them to move at the speed of their orb and they maintain full use of their ability.
Unsure how to reproduce as I do not own the knight
