Stupid easy solution to make Knight fun and more viable

People don't like the fact you're basically screwed when a guard is after you at a loop and so is the Knight. My solution to this is to make it so the knight can't damage the chased survivor but to make the guards at the same movement speed as the killer. With exception to those that aren't assassin which will be 4.4m/s. Addons would need to be altered and the standard would need adjustments or even removal entirely but this would make the killer not only more viable but more fun as he will no longer be an anti-choice killer like artist.
