We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.
Ghostface and Haddonfield

So Ghostface can stalk you through the windows on Haddonfield but you can't reveal him as if you can't see him even though he isn't stalking from a corner. This basically prevents him from being revealed even though I can see him and my character can also.
