Gen Perk that constantly force you go do hard skill checks near complete?

Was playing against a knight and i did 3 gens. whenever its close it would force me into constant skill checks that are fast but still doable. which perk is that? i looked through all gen regression perk but don't see it?

    Merciless Storm.

    Triggers nonstop skill checks once a gen reaches 90% and lasts until the gen is finished. If you miss, -10% and the gen blocks for 20 seconds.

    Only works once per gen though.
