Billy adept issue

I got max bp using ad-ons and only billy's perks (enduring, tinkerer, bitter murmur), hooked every one 3 times each, one dc'd while dying to the entity on his 3rd hook and i still didn't get adept? i'm not sure if i'm missing something or if i just got behavioured and cock blocked out of my adept

    You need to get a double pip and not just a 4K or max BP. The requirements depend on your current grade (ash grade means it’s easier to get pips than iri grade)

    and Billy especially might be hard to get a double pip if you get many downs with the chainsaw because that means you get less chases won etc. Also there was a bug going on where the last kill would not count for challenges or emblem points, which may have been the case for you as well..
