We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.
Adept achievement for The Knight

Hello, hope everyone is having a good day
I just had a merciless Victory with The Knight using only his 3 perks an I didn't get the achievement is this a common issue or anyone know why this didn't happen as never had issues with past adepts for survivor or killer.
