Ugh another infinite loading screen

This time its trying to load me into the lobby, it go to the point where i possibly join some survivors theeeeennn it just sat there with the entity claws spinning, i was able to open the bp web and the killer bio completley for the first 20 seconds or so then after i closed them, and i tried opening them back they would close automatically
