Game crashing on console

I already opened a ticket and was told to try troubleshooting steps but nothing helped. There are multiple reports in the forums of the game crashing when playing killer on console but there are no responses from the dev team acknowledging the issue. I played as survivor today and didn't crash. However, I played against a killer who was on console and they crashed. It's obviously a wide-spread issue. Please address or remove ban timers on console. I read crashes are occurring on both PS5 and Xbox Series X. I'm on Xbox Series X.
