Knight guards trapped in lockers when triggered by Head On

On PS4, unsure if this happens on other platforms.
Issue: When the Survivor triggers a hunt from a loud noise notification by using Head On (or maybe also any rushed action out of a locker, uncertain) the guard places the banner and starts the hunt INSIDE the locker, and remains trapped there for the duration of the hunt.
Frequency: Happened every time.
