Basekit Endurance change
Okay so heres my thought. Remove basekit endurance and replace it with Entital Link
Entital Link occurs when unhooking a hooked survivor. For 10 seconds you suffer the damage inflicted on the unhooked survivor. If you are healthy and they would be injured you become injured instead, If you are injured you are placed in deep wound. During Entital Link the unhooked survivor has 10% haste.
Borrowed time- Extends Entital link by 10 seconds. Once per unhook when Entital link would put you in the injured state instead you are incapacitated for the rest of Entital Link.
So the reason I like this idea is it provides essentially the same safety anti-tunnel of the Base Kit Endurance but removes the urge for the survivor to body block as it would not be not be effective, unless they have borrowed time.

What happens if the guy that unhooked did a 1 for 1 and cannot take the damaging state anymore?

I don't like this. If he body blocks, then let him. Wait out those 10s (make sure he has no OTR by listening to sounds), down him and hook him again.
You see those 10s endurance is there as a bandaid for killer camping and tunneling. It would be ok if these 2 things were properly fixed. But right now killers are already abusing state of the game and your suggestion would make camping even more rewarding (try to grab and if it does not work, you can get unhooker as he will not get speed boost after hit).
Very bad idea

It says if you go are in an injured state you go into deep wound

You didn't understand the question I guess... 1 for 1 ... You get downed and the other one gets unhooked... You basically go down right after the unhook animation or maybe even in the middle of it but the unhook still finishes... Now you are on the floor and the unhooked survivor does not have Bt... How does it work now? Does the other person basically get BT again or do they just go down with the next hit?
